Joseph West served as the Dean of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality and Tourist Management for 10 years. He made history when he established a FIU satellite campus in Tianjin, China - becoming the first school in the United States to do this. On a personal level, West was the co-founder of the South Beach Food and Wine Festival. He has also served as Chairman of the Department of Hospitality Administration in the College of Business at Florida State University in Tallahassee and was the Director of the Hospitality Education Program (HEP) for Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation. West was vice president of two restaurant companies and until recently served for 6 years on the Board of Directors of Benihana Corp. Dr. West received his B.S from Cornell University, his M.S. from the University of Southern California and his Ph.D. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Jon Morgenstern, Esq., General Counsel, Vice President of Administration, Brooklyn Water Enterprises, Inc.
Jon Morgenstern has been an attorney for over 30 years and is licensed to practice before The United States Supreme Court, numerous United States Circuit Courts of Appeals, United States District Courts and various State Supreme Courts. He has litigated many complex commercial matters and negotiated and handled a wide variety of business transactions. Previous to his joining the Company on May 1, 2012, he was employed for over 8 years at Marriott International, Inc. in its Finance Department focused on Self-Insured Risk Management Claims Services. He brings a wealth of sophisticated experience to the Company in the law, risk management, best practices in business administration and creative entrepreneurship. Morgenstern is a graduate of Oberlin College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
John C. Dawson, AIA, Vice President Development Services, Brooklyn Water Enterprises, Inc.
John Dawson has been a Registered Architect since 1981. Prior to joining the Company, Dawson was Vice President of International Development and Vice President of Development Services at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia. He was in charge of more than 1,000 projects exceeding $550,000,000. Projects varied from new locations, rebuilds, relocations, acquisitions, remodeling, and facility maintenance. Dawson is responsible for all phases of the company’s restaurant expansion which includes design, construction, procurement, and national account program. He also directs consultants, contractors, and suppliers in order to implement brand standards for image, operational efficiencies, supply chain fulfillment, and cost containment. Dawson is a graduate of The University of Kentucky.
Sean Dugan, Vice President Technology, Brooklyn Water Enterprises, Inc.
Sean Dugan is a Senior Executive with over 15 years of achievements in managing IT outsourced partnerships, and multimillion dollar strategic IT/Business projects. Prior to joining the Company, Sean was Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Strategy Officer with XPIENT Solutions and previous to that since 1987 was with with Advantica Restaurant Group / Denny's Corporation where as was Director Restaurant and Infrastructure Technologies he managed retail systems services, support and development teams. Sean directs cross-functional teams of operational and technical experts to analyze processes, design, build, implement and support retail business systems and develop technical solutions. Dugan graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business Administration from Barry University.

John Grimes is a multi-disciplined, accomplished executive real estate leader with an effective mix of 15+ years of high level corporate retail real estate experience with Target Corporation and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., plus 10+ years of private sector entrepreneurial retail development and acquisition experience. John brings an advanced executive leadership skill set in managing high growth corporate new store programs having overseen the development of over 30 million square feet of retail resulting in over $6 Billion in annualized sales. John’s key strengths include strategic site selection, market analysis and developing and implementing a high growth corporate real estate program for multiple states and regions. With over 25 years in the retail commercial retail real estate industry John has developed a strong working knowledge of over 50 of the largest Metropolitan areas in the United States as well as an extensive network of broker, developer and landlord contacts throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. John is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Finance.
